Payment: Monthly Payment must be made by MasterCard or Visa. Payment for the first 30 days is billed upon receipt of order. The subsequent monthly charge will be billed on the first of each month.
Changes: To change the number of licenses, simply notify Intelliform. You will receive an updated program to accommodate the new users. Billing changes are effective on the first of the month. Partial months are not prorated.
Cancellations: Intelliform may be cancelled at any time. The cancellation will be effective on the day it is received by Intelliform. Partial months are not prorated.
